Pros

Advancement is rapid because attrition is high. If you're motivated, there are plenty of learning opportunities to be had.

Cons

Pay was horrible both at the management and at the agent level. It's hard to manage a staff when a) people are being paid $2-$4/hour less than the position was advertised as, b) you aren't allowed to participate in the hiring process for your own direct reports, c) attrition is so brutally bad that the GM imposed a FIRING FREEZE because people were quitting faster than we could train replacements.

Pros

The clients, peers and training are pros while working at Xerox.

Cons

Xerox tends to overwork first and second level management staff and provides inadequate salary for the demanding positions.

Pros

Huge company with a lot of career possibilities. Working in very exiting technologies across the business.

Cons

Very poor morale. Extremely focus on the quarterly bottom line. Bonuses were almost never paid and there was a huge pressure to send work out of the US which resulted in virtually non-existent annual increases. Pay increases were possible almost only through promotion.
