Pros

Good people to work with. I made some great friends and learned from a few really good managers

Cons

The process for being laid off is a terrible experience. Upper management loses all compassion and understanding. Basically a what have you done for me lately approach. After giving up time of my life with my family to transfer to other cities to help the company grow, was laid off upon return to home city. Human Resource department is not fair. I unfortunately walked away from this experience with a very bitter taste in my mouth. No employee should ever be treated like this, especially after all that was given to this company.

Pros

Employee friendly culture and policy. Good people to work with. You can retire from this company if you want There are people which seriously following this; especially managers. Fun@work. Wells Fargo brand value will be good for your CV. Ideas and efforts are getting recognized.

Cons

No onsite opportunity at all. They will make this expectations clear at the time of joining. If you dare to ask for any onsite opportunity they will convince you that Wells Fargo is not a transport company. Salary is good when you join this company. Half yearly increments are terrible. If you stay in this company for more that 3-4 years then world will be ahead of you in terms of salary. They have fix duration for offering role change. No matter whatever you do you will not get promoted to next role before that duration. 80% support work.

Pros

Competitive pay in most positions, great systems, good resources, and great benefits.

Cons

Bad management, no connection with higher up excecutives, your just a number, no empathy for employees, bearly any career opportunities, even HR is people hired from other countries and no remote positions when a lot are already hybrid, so the job CAN be done at home.
