Pros

If you love cybersecurity and IT consulting, you'll like at least 1 project. Potentially.

Cons

This is truly the worst company to work for. They are a toxic firm with a toxic work culture; the divide between the French and the Americans is absolutely insane. Don't expect a promotion if you're not French, or to be treated respectfully for that manner. They also pretend they do management consulting, but they don't. It's strictly IT/cybersecurity, but they refuse to hire people who are actually interested in that. The churn rate is crazy, and all on the American side; in my tenure here, over 20 American employees have left (and it's a 50 person office in NY!). I have also never in my life seen this amount of micro-management in a workplace. They hire bright individuals, and then they seem to make it their mission to dim the light within them in every way they can. Seriously, if you can go anywhere else...GO.
