Pros

-Only if you like IT topics and want a mediocre career -Sometimes you get to travel internationally in a middle economy seat and stay at hotels where people have been robbed in Paris -Pay for your phone bill every month

Cons

First, this is NOT a management consulting firm. They recruit/blatantly lie to top schools by catfishing students into miserable IT careers with ZERO exit opps. Second, the NYC office is always in the red, so job stability isn't good, and you have to do a lot of extra work outside of a consulting scope (cold calls, using your LinkedIn to get clients, sales work, event planning, etc.). Third, management is toxic and borderline harassing (they bully employees into not speaking to HR, fire people due to personal vendettas, heavily fraternize within employees, hold no American HR in place for long periods of time, have pay inequity/wage gaps, etc.) To this point, French project managers are condescending and don't take feedback well, but also develop grudges if the client likes you and your work more than them. Fourth, unless you're French, forget about a promotion post Senior Consultant level even if you deliver great revenue and deliverables. Fifth, managers and PMs will micromanage all of your work and even correct your English despite being an American. Sixth, this firm has terrible diversity and inclusion... I can count the BIPOC with one hand (but at least the BIPOC aren't stuck at this terrible job). Lastly, their employment contract practices are unheard of and un-American, with little concept to employment at-will (and remember you're likely to deal with French HR that has no concept of American laws). I would be wary of the vague/general positive reviews, as I don't know a single person that has left this company and has any good things to say.
