Pros

I'm a EXPERIENCED WORKER. I ✨️ don't have to be told what to do in my area. So management leaves me alone. The pro of this job is that they BELIEVE IN ME.

Cons

In my opinion I believe that Walmart should go back to DEPT. MANAGERS. Because Lead positions tend to stand around and not show by example 🙄! I have been in sales all of my life. MY COMPANY 💖 needs to go back too Merit raises. MY COMPANY 💖 gave lazy workers the same pay almost too my pay. THAT'S NOT RIGHT 😕 OR FARE! Merit raises makes your employees 🙄 work FOR THE COMPANY HARDER 🙄 👏. St.#0551 my name is Laura Holland and I am a very exceptional worker in my opinion. I have always loved my job 💓. Be more like PUBLIX 👍 and exceptional worker's will be there for the company.

Pros

Medical insurance, if manager is non Indian you should be good

Cons

South Indians working for service based companies got hired as Leads & Managers here. Bought in toxic work-culture, favoritism, extreme politics.

Pros

Good bonus structure CEO is highly motivating Interesting enough work being in eCommerce

Cons

Management does not listen to their employees If you work closely with the executive team you have unrealistic deadlines (that cause long hours/late nights to meet them) Expect extended hours - my direct manager even specifically said 'I expect 50 hours a week minimum from my team members' No work life balance They don't pay fairly. I was making 20k less than my male counterpart (he was a level lower than me - associate manager vs manager). Don't expect the company to protect you as an employee. I filed a harassment claim against my manager, and it took them more than six months to conclude the investigation. All the while, I was expected to continue working for that manager - who repeatedly harassed me during the course of the investigation. I ended up just quitting because it got so uncomfortable and HR had to 'wait for the investigation to conclude' before transferring me or offering me a different position within the company.
