Pros

Management is very supportive. Great job, full time, benefits and your not micromanaged. Excellent job if your going into criminal justice. Each day is different. Your dress code is customer casual clothing if you work undercover to catch shoplifters. Its fun when you have multiple APA's to work with.

Cons

APA schedule to family time is not the best. You work when the shoplifters are there and most of the time it will be late evenings. Raises in salary are yearly.

Pros

Better pay than most jobs in area, but only in the warehouse; not in the stores.

Cons

Unsafe, condescending management, favoritism, retaliation from gm, impossible productivity level, harsh and unhealthy working conditions, lack of water in high temperature environment, no concern for associates or merchandise, high turnover due to impossible expectations and injuries, unlawful and corrupt company.

Pros

Good people. Lots of friendships made but lots of turnover. Its a great place for someone to learn the retail life.

Cons

Lack of support from Store Manager and up. Not enough pay. Too much work and not enough staff. No appreciation. Expectations are too high for one person to achieve therefore even when you feel you did a good job it wasn't good enough so no recognition.
