Thank you for the effort of writing this detailed review. We are sorry to hear your experience has been less than optimal as an associate. We are constantly striving to improve our processes so that they are appropriate and fair. Growth is a need of the hour for our business and our goal is to maintain our high bar as we continue along this trajectory. While the increasing number of associates on the floor can be a little startling, it also provides everyone with increased number of opportunities to grow in their career as well. In addition to multiple training opportunities, Walmart associates are strongly encouraged to upskill themselves through the numerous online trainings available to them. Be sure to bring your concerns to your manager and have them addressed. All the best for a wonderful career ahead.

I am disheartened to see you feel there is a lack of growth opportunities, poor management and low morale.
