Pros

Fun people to work with. the supervisors are understanding and the store manager really dosn't bother the workers. Good benefits for the most part.

Cons

Takes time. Alot of time to get into a management program. They do not hire within the company anymore. The only real way to get full time as a normal worker is for mangement to not pay attention to your clock in and out times and ask you to come in an extra day a week for 3 months before you go in and request full time.

Pros

Workload is consistent and expectations are clearly defined.

Cons

New hires from outside the company going into high level management jobs slow down the progress due to training issues.
