Pros

Fair Pay, good incentive plan, ampel promotion opertunities, many career options,

Cons

Diversity pressure doesn't always let the most qualified to get promoted, overload the good workers but don't seem to be able to get rid of the slackers, no good insurance options for those on Medicare that need supplimentary coverage.

Pros

Pay is pretty good, schedule is either 3 days on 3 days off or 4 days on 4 days off overnight. Work with some good people who actually do care about doing a good job.

Cons

Limited payroll that keeps getting cut. Company programs not always followed at store level. Working the holidays, every year.
