Pros

Use as stepping stone to get a real job. they offer rotten benefits, make you work through breaks, tell you to do your traing at home on your days off, treat incompetent upper mgmt like royalty, don't know the meaning of workng smart- create endless nonsensical reports, and waste time on conferernce calls.

Cons

24/7 work, no respect of life-work balance. Expected to work off hours at home. out of date technology, they literally won't even put paper in the copy machine, give you no training, expect you to buy your own equipment, no respect, dishonest in pre-employmnet interviews, evasive when asked about expected work hours

Pros

Pharmacists get a true lunch break and are allowed to close the pharmacy for 30 min each day. The technology used is top of the line however having internet access would be a very beneficial resource. Having no drive-thru window is such a perk. Medicine is not fast food and should not be treated as such.

Cons

The $4 generic program has increased prescription volume but decreased revenue so inturn the workload is more but the budget has not increased enough to allow for additional help. More work + same number staff = long waits, dissatisfied customers, and disgruntled pharmacy employees

Pros

they are flexible with your schedule, but you have to make sure you make it clear what hours you are willing to work, because once you put in your availability it takes atleast 3 weeks for them to approve it, and after you change it, they will cut your hours in half, to show you that they are ticked off at you.

Cons

Some of the managment are very hateful towards you because of the stress of their job. Im sorry but no matter how stressful your job is, does not give you the right to take it out on your employees.
