Pros

The pay is better than most jobs I have had, the hours are good. The interview process is unique compared to other companies I have worked at; the questions are structured more to get to know the individual applying, rather than to make them uncomfortable and look for a specific answer.

Cons

It is a large company, and I would sometimes rather work for a small one. Also, I would have preferred to get a full-time job there, but I am sure I will work up to that eventually.

Pros

The money, that's about it. As a professional Wal-Mart has the best compensation, much more than anyone else.

Cons

The downsides as simple...EVERYTHING besides the money. They don't care about the employees at all. Most of the "UPPER LEVEL MANAGEMENT" are people who are Wal-Mart bred, been with the company for 20 years and have no idea what PEOPLE SKILLS are. They simply shuffle the employees through the day to day tasks. It's about "who you know" in terms of promotional opportunities.
