Pros

A lot of positions, in-store, club, distribution centers, and home office. The more flexible and amount of self development you can do, the better opportunity to advance. Serving the community and participating in community events is very satisfying.

Cons

Some long hours and limited resources, but that is the environment for a discount retailer. Store work is difficult if not interested in working nights or weekends but it comes with the retail industry.
