Pros

Decent pay. Easy job application. Usually a clear chain of command. Easy access to all of your shopping needs. Easy to learn.

Cons

No sick days, really. A lot of drama among workers. A lot of paranoia about being coached. No 30 minute lunches - only hour long. Inflexible hours. Schedule changes often - difficult to get management to listen or adapt to anything. Impersonal management... snobbish and mean, most of them. Usually understaffed - trying to find the balance between making the most money and overworking employees.

Pros

The benefits and bonuses you get quartely are great. Time off is easy to recieve. Family oriented for the most part.

Cons

Lots of favoritism. You get promoted based on how much you brown nose, or who you know in the company. Higher management tend to be big headed and disrespectful.
