Pros

The schedule is great for family life. You work 3 12 hour days in a row, and then you have 3 days offf in a row.

Cons

It seems things changed everyday. Home office has really turned up the heat on management. It feels like we all are replaceable at any time.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, ability to transfer internally to avoid boredom/burnout, decent pay for a college job, possibility for promotion to management team in relatively short amount of time (may not always be a good thing though)

Cons

Incompetent, uncaring management team, creation of Zone Manager positions only encourages the laziness of the Assistant Managers, policies handed down from District or Home Office don't always make sense or translate the same way for every store in the country, more emphasis on the bottom line than thinking problems through and doing what should be done, management team is hypocritical when it comes to implementing new policies
