Hello - we appreciate your valuable feedback. Thank for you recognizing some of the things that are working for you. We are sorry that there are some issues which are troubling you. The bell curve is a guideline for teams to manage their talent in a fair way and ensure a fair distribution of compensation. If you have concerns about how this is being applied, please talk to your HR representative to ensure they are addressed. WalmartLabs' growth this year is high and we have to utilize all available space and hence you see us across three offices. We hope to hire greater talent. On your last comment - we would be happy to hear what else we can do to become competitive and employee friendly and open to suggestions that help us improve. Please let us know your thoughts here in detail - either via your manager, or meeting with HR. You have other opportunities during the year to share your detailed feedback in a constructive manner as well. Wishing you a successful career with us.
