Pros

You can make a very high salary with a minimum education, experience, and have an extensive criminal history. If you have military experience you are an automatic hire! Short commutes (There should be a walmart store within 10 miles of your house) Wal-mart East Business unit is located in Cumberland area of Cobb county next to the new Braves stadium.

Cons

You have to lie, cheat , steal,and prostitute yourself be successful in this company. Very unethical company from the Boardroom to your local store. HQ is located Bentonville, AR this is not a good place to live.

Experience, hands on management of multi-billion dollar company. manage entire front end.your making all decisions.

Cons

barely any bonuses. will sometimes end up managing the front end by yourself some days. will have upper management on your back a lot.

- Most excellent corporate culture - They really care for their associates - Unlimited opportunity if your willing to work for it -They encourage innovation and thinking outside the box -Great group of people - Open Door policy

Cons

I haven't found any yet. I know i sound like a true believer, but it is amazing for a company this size to care for and respect their associates.
