Pros

Easy to get in, good full time hours, easy training, easy to transfer to different position, friendly workers & managers, nice working environment..

Cons

- Low pay, lower than Costco, Target or any major well known grocery stores. - Complicated transfer system between stores, many inconsistent rules not always explained well in advance. - Slow in house app system to open lockers, search items. - Repetitive jobs that get boring after a few mths. - High turnover rate, after 6mths I dont recognised 50% of my own team..
