Pros

1) Decent Compensation package. 2) Trying to use good technologies. 3) Interesting work.

Cons

1) No work/life balance 2) Most of the time you will spend protecting your work from being tagged by someone else as their work.More than 50% of your time you have to struggle to project the good work you have done rather than spending time doing real work. 3) Management is totally biased, promotions wont happen until you are in the favorite list of your manager. 4) Completely political work environment. 5) Hard to get recognized. 6) Top talent wont stay long as they are never appreciated enough. 7) HR is management driven.
