Good money and free food

Cons

Poor SAP Leadership SAP practice is driven by people who doesn't even have SAP knowledge if you are good with those two people you are rewarded and promoted pulls down if you are a hard worker and they feel you are competing them

Pros

- Good perks like free food, cabs and transport, frequent team outings. - Training opportunities are good.

Cons

- Some teams have no roadmaps or goals. There is a lack of good projects. The culture is to come up with your own projects and execute them or only work on supporting existing projects. Coming up with projects requires various levels of approvals and is not easy. - Lack of recognition. Only those who work long hours are appreciated and not those who deliver. - Not everyone's idea's or inputs are considered. There seems to be favoritism. - It is not very easy to interact with other teams if the work requires to do so. - Traveling using office transport is not convenient due to fixed, inflexible timings.

Pros

* Perks, Benefits, Brand, Ambience is all good. * Good for junior employees - great place to start - but learning will be low. * Great branding/marketing team. * Good Annual event, parties etc.

Cons

* Extremely slow development environment - zero or minimal technical learning is to be expected. * Poor Work-Life Balance in Bangalore. Expect 2-3 hours meetings between 7 and 10 PM, daily. Hiring Drives every other Saturday. * People in USA are not very technical, but they are closer to customer. So they will micro-manage India team's technical views. * Political environment - almost toxic in some teams (Global Data Platform, Customer Tech, Merchant Tech, and Supply Chain). International teams are better than USCTO.
