Pros

Good place to meet people and make friends. I would have liked to work here longer but unfortunately Covid19 has destroyed many business'. I hope this company survives because the owner Craig Cohen is a good guy and I wish things work out for him.

Cons

Wish the pay was better and that we didn't have to use our own car and gas.

Pros

Good smelling food. You visit restaurants you normally wouldn't think about and get to eat new things.

Cons

You have to deal with some hungry and cranky people who have been waiting for their food.

Great Delivery Job for Flexibility and Autonomy!

Pros

- Big earning potential (for a delivery job) once you've gained enough training and trust to deliver to larger accounts. You even get health insurance and a 401K since you're an employee and not a contractor. Seriously beats working for Uber or Dominos. - Good bonus structure with gas and cell phone reimbursement. - Management is solid and works hard to get things right. - The company provides you with a mobile printer and all the tools needed to start your shift from home. Great job for those who want the flexibility that come with only a 3 hour commitment M-F. - There are actually team meetings to discuss how things are going between the drivers and Operations Manager. Food is provided and it's a chance to see everyone and talk about changes on the customer side and what's happening in the delivery region. This adds to the overall level of professionalism. - Company is growing so all the pros that come with opportunities for advancement if you seek them out. - The job can actually be fun to interact with restaurants and customers. Free food on occasion.

Cons

- Might not be enough hours for those looking for full-time employment. - The amount of work for tips can be inconsistent depending on the day of the week, but you will always be paid your base salary.
