Pros

It's a very dynamic company and I find it an exciting and addicting place to work! The company offers tremendous opportunity, and you will have the ability to grow in the company if you prove yourself. There is always something to get involved in that will allow you to further develop your skills and experience. The people working there are amazing and make it a great place to be!

Cons

I don't see this as a con however, you would want to enjoy working in a fast moving fast paced environment. If you are looking for a 9-5 job doing the same thing everyday then this is probably not the right place. However if you thrive in a dynamic environment then it's a great place to be!

Pros

The organization has been in the midst of major transformation for many years, which could create meaningful opportunities for improvement, if managed well. There are capable employees across the company who want to contribute and move the organization forward.

Cons

Communication and culture currently feel very top-down. Employees are often expected to just listen rather than participate in shaping ideas, which can make it difficult to introduce new thinking. In a time when a company is navigating significant change, that dynamic can limit innovation and honest dialogue. The company frequently promotes leadership changes through press releases framed as major milestones. However, insiders know these announcements involve leaders who have been part of the existing structure for years, which can create a disconnect between external messaging and internal perception. There had also been considerable strategic repositioning while the company was already in the middle of a major transition. Shifting direction during an ongoing transformation has only created more uncertainty internally, and employees appear hesitant to speak openly about concerns. Overall morale appears low.
