Pros

I dont have any pros other than a few people who I worked with. They actually knew what they were doing and where very nice people. Personal Growth : none absolutely a complete setback in my career. Promotions: If you are in the in-crowd you will probably do okay. Especially the ones who are referred to the company by someone already drinking the kool aid. Compensation: Not even close...... you can leave and end up making twice as much as they are paying. Especially for the hell you have to go through will you are there.

Cons

Honestly with all the stuff I witnessed there I cannot express enough how terrible of a place it is to work. It is evident by the posts with five stars on them. Slamming people that had left. The thing is that you lost all your senior people that had been there for a long time. Who actually made you who you are today and you treated them like slaves. Management is a joke. They micro manage you to death because they do not trust anyone. Benefits are what you would expect nothing big. 401K is a joke they do not match anything unless they feel like it at the end of the year. Company Values: lol... There are no values. The owners treat people terribly, especially women. They lie to their employees as well as the people they do business for. They make you sign nda after nda to cover up what they are really doing in house. Tons and tons of broken promises. They tell you one thing in your interview and they end up doing the total opposite. Really what it comes down to is that the owners trust nobody because they do not even trust themselves.

Pros

work with the latest tool sets

Cons

expectation is a turn and burn work life. Poor project planning means long hours working. Poor employee management means high turn over. Still going through growing pains. Management was not ready for it.

Pros

My manager and I get a long very well as I stay on top of my skills, have an open door policy with them and work hard. My pay, benefits, retirement are definitely above-par and the bonus for referring a friend to work is heavy duty. There's an office at the Microsoft complex in Redmond and headquarters are in Kansas City. I work in the KC office which is located in a fun neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and things to do afterhours.

Cons

Not sure what to say here as I really don't have any concerns. I know there are some bad reviews on here which make me laugh as I know who wrote them and they're full of "it". Be a grown up and realize that sometimes things just don't work out and MOVE ALONG.
