Terrible leadership Toxic in the way they treat their employees that are not part of the "Corner Office Club" Under bid large projects drastically to win the business, then when the team cannot deliver because they are way understaffed, they take it out on that staff.

Amazing work Culture, Super Friendly Atmosphere, Work From Home option, Management is very approachable. Managers' and the VPs doors are always open, you can always go in there and share your ideas and concerns. They make sure that your valid and genuine concerns and addressed and your innovative ideas are implemented.
