Lots of Red Flags

Pros

The employees are generally nice people and are great to work, the same cannot be said for upper management.

Cons

Sort by 1 star reviews, there are a lot of honest reviews here and I am stating much of the same. Hostile environment as the staff is being squeezed thin. Many instances of watching managers yell at employees, talk down to them and exclude them as forms of punishment for disobedience. Many instances of managers yelling in meetings. No work life balance. Expect to work overtime and to be on calls on the weekends. Get every single thing in writing. Keep in mind - Unlimited PTO / Vacations means your manager gets to decide when you can take it. It also means you will not accrue or receive any payout for these. You will be moved from project to project as needed. This is a Consulting firm, so what you work on will vary wildly. You will be asked to "stretch" and do things that should not be your responsibility. Promotions/Raises are held behind criteria that are in no way trackable or sensible. Any reason can be cited as a reason to deny a raise/promotion ex) "You are working too much or You are working too little" are both excuses to not give you a raise. They were recently acquired so most of the jobs have moved to other countries, expect to work with teams from those countries (often very late night meetings). Outsourcing, outsourcing, outsourcing! The management over-promises and you will be responsible for putting in the hours to fix that. Most of the employees left are drinking the kool-aid, reciting word for word talking points handed down from upper management.

I am sorry you felt this way during your time here. With such a hot market, and a great company, now part of a global network, we respond to concerns internally as proactively as possible. We don't want to lose good talent, and we are continually looking for ways to keep our people growing and thriving. We value our people and we need all the great talent we can find. Through our weekly pulse checks and anonymous feedback system, we typically respond to the most sensitive of issues quickly, and try to resolve expediently. We are busy and we do have amazing, yet challenging work. I recently pulled our PTO report and the average time taken across the organization was 3 weeks. Some more, some less. We meet regularly to review the needs of our people to provide career paths, promotions, and yes, we push our leaders to require time off for those who may be burning the candle at both ends who tend to not press for PTO, we have to stay on top of it. At the end of the day, we care about our people. Are we perfect? No. Are we building something great, yes. I am sorry things didn't work out for you here. Best of luck with your future endeavors.
