Excellent peers. Very friendly work atmosphere. Company gives importance to career growth of employees, they provide free access to online learning platforms.

Can't really think of any. Maybe the lack of diversity of projects.

Pros

Valorem reply has great culture and the managers are very friendly, they try and provide as much work life balance as possible. Employee management relations are also very well maintained and your any query will be heard. Learning is good as well, you will get to work on a bunch of different projects that have their own challenges and their own learnings.

Cons

Not anything special that I can remember of.
