The people that work here are also of a mindset of growth and pushing boundaries, which means you don't feel like you are getting stale. They are a part of the Reply global set of companies, which opens up opportunities and engagement to a global level, and has been fun working with other companies. Every engineer gets the support they need for training, and you can make the job truly what you want it to be. There is a lot of freedom here.

Cons

At times, there is confusion about where the direction and vision of the company are going. Sometimes people can get stuck in-role for too long without changing projects, and management should be more proactive about moving people on to new engagements.
