I must say that working here has been an amazing experience so far. The leaders here are fantastic. They've got a clear vision for the company and make us feel confident and assured about where we are heading. Managers trust us to do our best work without micromanaging. It's refreshing to work in such a transparent and supportive environment. No wonder we're on the list of India's Top 100 Best IT Companies by Great Places to Work! Valorem really cares about quality over clock watching, and it's such a relief to have this level of trust and freedom in the workplace

Friendly coworkers and managers. Worked on interesting projects with large companies.

Cons

Base salary is approximately 20% below market value. Performance reviews are extremely unhelpful. There’s no real indication as to what needs to be accomplished in order to receive a promotion.
