Pros

Great clients, leading edge technology and challenging projects. Great teamwork and fun place most of the time! Rooftop sitting area, game nights, informal meeting spaces and smart folks all make it worth while.

Cons

Demanding clients who expect turn on-a-dime changes can be challenging for fast paced projects. If you're not a high energy, go-getter looking to work with the best-of-the-best clients, this is not the place for you.

Rewarding and Challenging

Pros

Progressive, high performing, driven company. You get a chance to be creative and push the edge with technology every day. If you like the excitement of new work and always growing your knowledge and experience this is the place. Because it is such a collaborative environment you get to hear and share experiences all the time. Very rewarding and impactful work.

Cons

Due dates are real and can be intense at times. But our managers and colleagues are committed to working with us to see those commitments through.

Pros

1) Good pay and bonus plan. Those who complained about it before (earlier reviews) either didn't read what they signed, didn't listen or were too ignorant to understand a simple and lucrative program. Maybe that's why they're not here anymore. 2) Work life balance is healthy. I concur with another poster's feedback as I've rarely had to work more than my allotted 40-45 hours a week. I get her briskly early and leave around 4pm. I learn - I grow - I enjoy what I do and get to work on great new tech. 3) While ownership has their maturing challenges, they DO take care of us.

Cons

1) Poor communication between upper management leads to severe ambiguity in process. 2) Not letting those in management "own" their responsibilities. 3) No one has a job description. 4) Feeling like a "good" day is when one of the owners isn't in town - meaning they are far away from looming around the office.
