Upper Management is awful, straight up will lie to employees. There is no guidance in teams on how you are doing between you and your manager who has a general how’s life treating you meeting when they don’t care. There are a lot of clicks, the main one being the boys club that runs this place. Never worked somewhere that people with aggressive attitudes and bad customer service skills excelled so much.
