Rigid senior management No resourcing of projects or strategic planning Lack of basic systems set up Senior management out of their depth Senior managers not interested in anything other than good news Talk a lot about how great they are, but in reality messy business set up and complete delusional belief is own greatness Senior managers EXTREMELY rude to lower staff Severely underesourced teams No interest in hearing out valid criticism of the way the business and projects are run Very clear inner circle that protects themselves over anybody and essentially resort to policing themselves (obv. not punishing themselves) Self-serving heads and directors - each senior person prioritises ticking own boxes and therefore looking great in front of their line managers, everything else is very much secondary Very corporate Two-faced senior staff Back-stabbing, blame culture Forget about progression No bonuses Lip-service type of support Offload workload without understanding the complexity of projects, not wanting to understand
