Pros
The spirit in the teams is ok and the people are nice to work with. Easy access as it is located next to the airport and no problems to park
Cons
No vision of the management No support from the management No or bad communication from the managemnt Rewarding or appreciation does not exist Positions and promotions are given based on political and friend relations and not on experience and the right man on the right spot Responsabilities are not taken by the management Resource management does not work efficient Problems are not being handled but just put under the carpet No commercial responsivness: "clients who are unhappy and complaign are bad clients" .....
