      Pros

      The great people outnumber those who are not so. Unfortunately, those who are not so are in charge. There is no attention given to the corporate culture, organizational change management and a fair work / life balance.

      Cons

      New leadership team is arrogant and oblivious to feelings of those working in the trenches. Good people are looking and/or leaving in droves.
