      Pros

      There is not much of a structure, so if you are self starter you see the impact of your contribution fast.

      Awful human resource management at EMEA level.

      Pros

      The pay was decent (if viewed from an annual basis) and the benefits were generous. There isn't much more good to say.

      Cons

      Where to begin: The annual salary is decent, but be aware you may work 60-70 hours a week. If the management/ownership would decide what they want from the beginning, you wouldn't have to be repeating tasks over and over again. The planning systems are a joke.

      Pros

      Univar gives each employee an opportunity to succeed. However with the recent changes it has been hard to see many people go that have beenaround for a long time.

      Cons

      -Change constantly -Disconnect between Upper mgmt., middle mgmt., and those that are not in mgmt. - Salaries seem to me below what you would find elsewhere
