      1. Top management do not have good planning for future / no strategy to grow. 2.Company is a private enterprise product of many mergers / acquisitions and does not have a culture of its own. 3. Many legal entities (+200) with independent areas (North America, Europe) and no common processes, systems, culture, policies. A corporate mess

      It used to be a good company, not anymore.

      Cons

      This company has too much politics and no direction. They need restructuring and fresh management. A management that cares about people and understands the value of employees and their knowledge. The ever-changing management hardly understands the chemical distribution industry. The IT department is the worst. They lack energy, creativity and honesty.
