      Pros

      Its so hard to find something good to say. I spent over 15 years at this company, 12 of which were incredible and very rewarding, but then it all went down hill fast. There are still great people there - out in the field - but nobody in mgmt really cares what they think or have to say. "Just be a good soldier and do what I say, or I'll find someone else who will" became the clear message from the executive team.

      Cons

      almost everything. no voice, no authority, no appreciation, no support, no tools. Lots of criticism and pressure, lots of reports-reports-reports to educate the new management. This was a great company once. I thought I would retire here. What a disappointment. What a shameful thing to do to the thousands of very dedicated employees that made it successful -long before you got here! One day, someone will write a "lessons of what-not-to-do" book about the collapse of this organization.

      Pros

      Decent wages, good benefits, many good people.

      Cons

      VP titles are given out to friends of the upper management like candy on Halloween. Too much politics. Know nothing upper management is so out of touch with reality it is sad. Many good people are being forced to leave or are wisely leaving for the competition. Customer service is not valued.
