Insurance is super cheap but I can't speak to the quality. 10 holidays - 2 floating, other 8 are typical US holidays. Based on my current position I have a great work life balance. Great location in Downers Grove. Industry leader.

Cons

Constant leadership changes, changes the structure of overall business and the focus. Change resistant culture makes opportunity for improvememt overly difficult. We complicate anything and everything which makes basics hard to understand and follow.

Very Stressful and Once Hired work outside job description is expected out of you with no raise in pay. Raises per year are minimal and bonuses are very small
