      Pros

      Pay is good and work life balance. Good people all around.

      Cons

      Benefits are not that great, but they are benefits, so I guess you can't complain. You may not last long if you do not have some type of knowledge of the chemical industry. I quit my job I had over 10 years to seek a new opportunity with this company only to be told 4 months later that my position is eliminated. Now I do not have a job. I could have stayed with the company I was with prior to becoming employed with them. Advice to anyone thinking of leaving the company they are with, please do yourself a favor and stay where you are or look at a different company. They may change their mind and fire you.

      Pros

      Busy environment lots to do. No need to clock watch. Job becomes repetitive and very easy once you have the routine down. Sense of accomplishment when duties are completed.

      Cons

      Management is always implementing changes and structures, No consistency and very frustrating. Not enough time to do inventory monthly and handle customer needs. Mistakes made out of human error and lack of help or proper structure in place are unforgivable and finger pointing happens. CSR always gets the blame for demanding, bad communicating salesmen. Salesmen will whine to manager about benign things and are blown out of proportion. Needs to be more teamwork and less blame and morale will be better.

      Becoming a growth company. Lots of opportunity for strong sales and operations people who can perform well.

      Has been through a lot of change, but on a solid track now.
