Great people in middle management and below, although a lot of talented people are leaving on a regular basis. Ability to make your own schedule.

Cons

Directives from corporate change frequently with no rhyme or reason. Unwilling to listen to field personnel. A lot of experienced people being replaced with cheaper, inexperienced staff.

Managers promoted beyond their ability. Very poor understanding and knowledge of legal requirements and regulations. Chaotic approach. Vehicles loaded dangerously. Will not accept pro active attitude. Total lack of teamwork. No communication. A do as you are told and keep quiet attitude. No man management skills evident across board.
