      Pros

      I honestly feel like the company has made significant improvements since I started. The overall direction appears to be solid and the team seems engaged in improvement. It is a great place to work with great benefits and good people.

      Cons

      Still some distance to go, company is changing daily and trying to improve processes. This is normally a PRO except in this case standards need to be applied and enforced.

      Good management. Employees are very nice and care about each other's well being. Mesquite office is like working with your family members.
