      Top pay in the industry, excellent benefits package. Top employer paid health, life, dental, vision. Univar is a great company to work for

      Cons

      Low employee morale. High turn over rate with Branch Operations Manager. Inexperienced Supervisor who bullies and calls subordinates ugly names.

      Do you want to work unlimited overtime and not get compensated for it? Do you hate work/life balance? Do you enjoy being given unattainable goals that your pathetic bonus will be based on? Is training not your thing? Do you like being in a constant state of fear and paranoia about whether you’ll lose your job? Then you’re going to LOVE it here at Univar!
