      Good people. Good name recognition in the industry. Fairly good service delivery . Decent sales tools to support sales efforts. Lots of internal resources

      Upper management seems like a good ole boys club. Lots of good people are lost due to management CYA. Too focused on the bottom line. Need to be more customer service oriented

      Run very fast away from Univar

      Pros

      When I decided to leave Univar after 5 almost 6 years there had been no Pros.

      Cons

      Everything, once Eric the new CEO came into the company everything went down hill fast. Managment no longer cared for employees, managers would not provide help in any way. There had been massive lay offs and firings.
