Great group of people, fun atmosphere. There is a really strong focus on learning, development and promotion from within.

Cons

Could be a little more flexible in terms of change over time. Very stuck in their ways of doing things.

Pros

Great people and upper management that have the business headed in the right direction. There has been a lot of change for the better creating new opportunities for the business and employees. It would be an excellent time to join the Univar family.

Cons

There can be some long hour days in the peak of the busy season with some weekends required which is understandable. If you're not willing to work hard and go the extra mile this probably isn't the right fit for you. Hard work is recognized and rewarded.
