-- Upper Management is clueless -- Turnover is at an all time high -- Org has been restructured so many times no one know who reports to who anymore -- Even the CEO left for another company

Lots of broken promises. They did not hesitate to let anyone go. There was somewhat a bit of favor toward other employees.

Cons

Be prepared to work minimum 10 hour days. Performance incentives are minimal The people you work with make or break working at Univar. If you have bad management you will not enjoy it.
