      The people you work with are great

      Cons

      C suite intimidate and shove there expectations down your throats all the while taking away the necessary tools you need to actually do your job. They think you dont need skilled people to do the job, just make everyone work hard and longer while taking away all benefits.

      Benefits were good and the pay was decent for the job that I did

      Cons

      No job growth and they have regular layoffs which affects everyone. The upper management doesn't really know what they're doing. They're motivated but they're also dumb.

      Some great people, many long termers. Opportunities to progress. Very customer focused at the branch levels. Business capable of growing much more than it has in the recent past.

      Cons

      CEO that does not understand the business and is primarily concerned with his ego and self interest. Morale very poor. Supply chain and finance slowly squeezing the life out of the business
