      Pros

      The training is about the only pro that I got from this company. I was able to use what I learned here and take it to a company more organized. Benefits are decent but not great.

      Cons

      Constant change....very unorganized! Unrealistic expectations. Management is extremely unprofessional. Management talks about co-workers to other co-workers. I am not sure if they even know what they are doing. It's like the blind leading the blind. Wouldn't even give this company 1 star if I had too.

      Good wage, benefits, and 401 K

      Cons

      They treat the employees extremely unfairly, diff rules for diff people and put you to your limits. Management is poor and only cares about themselves. Time off is not respected. Univar doesn't care about there customers.

      Pros

      Very few pros. An extremely industrial, hard-faced, combative culture. Very much 'us' and 'them' culture with management. Head office at Bradford is a soul-destroying, energy-sucking, depressingly bland place to work. No sense of community or collaboration, or even human kindness, and a real blame culture.

      Cons

      Plenty. Paternalistic and prescriptive policies and management style mean everyone is treated in line with the lowest common denominator. Demeaning, demoralising and demotivating.
