Over the past year, the entire senior management team has been changed, as we focus on becoming a software and services company rather than the former hardware company. As we make this transformation, alot of great ideas are coming from the employees - new software designs, user interfaces, etc. - as well as great ideas on how to grow our business in verticals around the world.
