Pros

Great products and technology. If they had the marketing the products would dominate the UC space.

Cons

Horrible benefits and no 401k match. Every month there were layoffs. The spoke of a channel model but they never engaged partners. They eliminated the sales organization but did not add partners.

Pros

When the company was 100% Siemens owned and supported.

Cons

50+ hours work weeks and weekends to maintain workload. Lost out on overtime pay once pay exemption changed, promised a pay increase that did not go into effect immediately even thou more responsibilities did. No transition plan in place for those taken on workload from employees being laid off.
