      - Strong support and tools for remote workers - Contact with co-workers from all around the world - Very talented and committed technical team.

      Cons

      - Large amount and constant number of Layoffs affected the moral and management did not invest much in "recovering" the moral of the employees that remained. - Lost very talented people because of salary policies and the current direction of "shipping" R&D wherever is cheaper overseas. - Shrinking all R&D to a minimum (not sustainable)...
