      Salary is competitive, I believe very competitive in some organizations like Service and Sales. There is a glimmer of hope with the new c-level management for a turnaround in profitability, driven by a more-serious charge into product launches with leading technologies and major shift in Sales strategy to Partner & Channel-driven.

      Cons

      Repeated loss of benefits: employee insurance costs annually increase, reduction in vacation days annually, meager recognition programs, reduction in company's financial support of mobile device usage and expectation of long, long, long hours.

      Pros

      flexible work environment; Access to great communication products; competitive salary, training opportunities and benefits; the commitment and talent of the business unit I support really make the company a great place to work; input is always considered by senior management; paid vacation more than at most other companies. Most of all- scope for development is great and there is support at every corner.

      Cons

      Recently going through restructuring has had both a positive and a negative impact on the work- the work of the employees who have left has taken a while to be picked up and there have been a few teething problems with the work process as a whole but the current team at Unify is really committed to the success of the company which will result in a very positive new direction for this business.
