New projects provide ground for new technologies to experiment with. Before merging with Gores group things were better.

Cons

Management is chaos. Paycheck on countries other than US is rather low.

Friendly environment, no one pushes you to work after hours. You can arrive any time you like and work for 8 hours. You can usually feel relaxed and maintain a great work/life balance.

Cons

Difficult to get salary raises. It can take 3 to 6 years.
